In the private neighborhood La Herradura, with a prime location on the seafront, this building is developed with two main sectors. These can operate integrated or separated. The social sector has lounges, restaurants with terraces and an administrative area. The sports sector includes a double height semi-olympic pool, locker rooms and gym which overlooks both the pool and the sea. The connector of these two sectors is not only circulations but also a supermarket that provides both parts. It has just one level to allow the entry of the sun from the north to the terrace.
