This residential building has 7 two-bedroom apartments, 11 two-bedroom duplex apartments and 11 garages on the ground floor.
The language is simple, clear and modern. The choice of materials reflects constructive structural aspects as well as providing warmth and nobility. They are raw and thus will accompany the passage of time with integrity.
Of course, vegetation is a key aspect in our projects and here it also makes its appearance to integrate the elements and to provide human habitat with at least a little bit of everything that nature offers us.
Design always seeks to be a differential value that offers buildings and spaces full of soul, meaning and give the user not only a place to live but a place where to connect with its emotions.
