DATA SHEET

Following the line of construction houses in Steel frame and one again looking for the language to reflect the construction system, we propose a house that is simple to build, modern, and at the same time with unique spaces designed in detail. On the ground floor, living room, dining room, kitchen is conceived as a large integrated space, with its expansion to a gallery and a tropical patio, which qualifies both the interior and exterior, acts as a bellows and ends in the pool. On this floor there are exterior and interior walls that filter the views, separate and contain. On the upper floor, the bedrooms and their services appear in a single volume.

The design of the plant responds to a search for optimization and maximization of relationships between the spaces and the built meters. The aesthetic solution adds to the efficiency and simplicity proposing few elements that by contrast and complementation are put in value. On the other hand, the hall is always a special place in our projects and from there one discovers little by little and by parts the different corners of the house.
