In this one-storey house, we seek that each space has a special relationship with the outside, through patios or windows, which exploit all the possibilities of the lot.

Basically there are two volumes that make up an L. One parallel to the street, which arms the front and is composed of the large access space, living room, dining room, kitchen, with expansion to the gallery. The other, perpendicular to the street, contains the bedrooms (all with direct access to the garden). Between them, there is a small very green patio that acts as an articulator, private / public and is the main view of the access hall.

It is a very simple, conceptual project, easy to build (in Steel framing) but that does not lose its richness or spatial differentiation.
