DATA SHEET

This project is located in an area that we detect with a lot of medium-density residential potential as it has a great commercial development, services, excellent connectivity (close to Panamericana Highway) and a great natural environment. In this way, we propose a typology of housing complex that is located in the middle between a private home and an a city apartment.

It has three levels with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom “house-type” units, all with their own green expansion. In addition, it has a large green common space on the ground floor, with swimming pool, multi purpose space (for parties or social events) and a community orchard in order to stimulate community life.

The use of modern but rustic materials, lacked of ornaments or makeup (wood, metal, concrete) was projected to be able to integrate both with the existing nature and with the identity developed in the area (the aesthetics of Mendoza Street).

Once again we rethink the way of living offering inspiring spaces, a lot of relationship with nature and the outdoors and an integrating perspective on what we want to contribute to the city.
