Old detached house situated in Palermo, Buenos Aires, which was reutilized for a new destination. The residential program was changed for offices that host an audiovisual production company. The interior was emptied in order to create a free and flexible floor. We worked in the exterior backyard and with wall to wall windows, in the ground floor, searching for natural light and recreation. The facade is made with a vertical rectangular steel tubes frame, that goes from the ground to the top, both at the front and back of the building achieving a contemporary and corporative image, but most of all, homogeneous and synthetic, considering the great visual contamination present in the area.
